Been playing with my Cottontail Confectionery shop (Real Good Toys Front Opening Shoppe kit) the last few days. Added chandeliers, wallpapers, some flooring...a lot of shelves are still sparse and im adding lighting to the upstairs today, but I'm happy with how it's turning out! Most cupcakes made by Ruth Stewart (StewartDollhouses) or my friends Julie or Wendy, and most cakes and large chocolate sculptures made by Murta (Betinhamurtaminis). Some chocolates and the 2 rainbow macaron drip cakes made by me from a Ruth Stewart miniatures class.

Just curious: how many of you are in Virginia? There is a Maryland show in October 2024, and I realize there hasn't been a show in Virigina in almost a decade (I have pictures of my youngest at the kids round table at Molly's last Tyson's show). So where is everyone from? I'll start: I'm in Northern VA. LOL

Couldn't sleep last night so my brain started spewing out solutions to some of my miniature trouble-spots. So once coffee kicked in this morning I dragged out my dream dollhouse (my "fantasty" Victorian mansion) to dust it off and resume work on it after 5 years of neglect. Plugged it in and was so happy the electrical still works (a few bulbs out and 2 sconces not working that I'll have to test, but not bad!):
