I was once cussed out by an attorney in Court and told I thought I had balls of steel, and he could not wait until he cut them off. Well, that did not work the way he thought, and he limped home after I kicked him in his. However, I never thought I ever be serving the Attorney General of the United States. But as a good southerner I had no choice. I have been waiting for the chance since Josh Stein did not have the balls to stand up for the Tenth Amendment and the rights of our State to manage our own affairs. Simply put this lawsuit (among other things) is challenging Section 906(d)(5) of 21 U.S.C. 387f(d)(5) or “TOBACCO 21” as being unconstitutional and violating the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution. The States regulates the Age of Majority within their borders not the Federal Government.
However, as I was preparing to take our "States Rights" fight to Federal Government another issue popped up that I will have to deal with later this year. It seems Dave Craven and Brian Biggs decided to support Joe Biden and Josh Steins' "nanny state" theory last week. So apparently instead of standing up for our rights to live how we want, Craven and Biggs instead supported Joe Biden and Josh Stein and the woke liberal agenda they try to cram on us.
So now I have to also fight to protect our rights and sue the State of North Carolina later this year. I hate RINO's like Craven and Biggs and cannot wait to depose them both and show the hypocrisy of their agendas in comparison to their public statements. I do not care if Craven and Biggs are "in the closet" Biden-Stein agenda supporters, but they need to grow their own pair "as noted above" and admit it in public. All politicians apparently support a "woke agenda" and a "Nanny State" including the two (R) snake politicians from Randolph County.
