Good Tuesday afternoon everyone!!!

Today I wanted to show a spotlight the items we have an abundance of/have been here for a while at the Thrift Hound Leicester!

First we have a TON of sports equipment from lacrosse rackets, golf clubs, helmets, indoor trampolines, all the way to roller blades! Stop on by to pick up some used equipment to enjoy your summer with!

Next we have some embroidery/scrap booking items we have DRAWERS of! We have lots of cross stitching/embroidery string to make beautiful craft pieces! We also have lots of stamps, scrap pieces of art, and more for scrapbooking!

Last abundance item we have is a bunch of old cigar boxes! We have some wooden, some fun, etc! These boxes are PERFECT for storing trinkets in (just saying!)

Lastly the last couple pictures are items we have had for a while that need to GO! A beautiful working speaker, Cusininart griddle gourmet in box, a porcelain doll and a vintage milk lamp! All of these items are in great condition they just need a loving home!!!

Good Tuesday Afternoon Everyone!

Just a chill post today of all the beautiful vintage, antique, generally old/fancy looking items we have currently at Thrift Hound Leicester (excluding the kitties of course!)

Personally, I am a SUCKER for the the copper items and someone dropped off a box of them to us!

We may already be part ways into Summer, but I wanted to show off the cute decorations, earrings, doggie life jackets, and more we have to make your Summer even more fun!

Seraphina and Patches here want to give you a sneak peak of some of the items that will be for sale at the Yard Sale THIS Saturday!

All of the proceeds from this event will go to Mountain Pet Rescue Asheville! They will even have some puppies available for adoption from 11am to 1pm during the yard sale!

Don't forget the yard sale is Saturday July 11th from 9am to 3pm at the Thrift Hound, 234 New Leicester Hwy, Asheville 28806!

🇺🇲🎇 Its almost America's 250th Birthday! 🇺🇲🎇

We have got lots of items in to celebrate this holiday! Items such as American Flags, 4th of July cards, grilling/cooking items, and pet decoration items! I have even put out the thunder shirts in case your pup(s) are a bit afraid of the fireworks. I also have 1 pair of small earmuffs for pups to muffle out the sounds!

If you are looking for some decorations or pet comfort items for this 4th, stop on by the Thrift Hound today!

Also we will be closed at both locations on July 4th!

🐈‍⬛️🍉🕊 Hodge Podge Post Today! 🧩🏺🍽

There are different items sprinkled in that bring us joy from Thrift Hound Leicester and Thrift Hound Candler locations! If you want to know where the items are located feel free to ask in the comments and I'll let you know which Thrift!

Which item is your favorite? Personally I am a fan of the small green bird, he has so much personality and brightens up a room!

And I can't forget the two adorable babies pictured at the end! The first is Jangle, who is an adorable but rambunctious kitten just waiting for his perfect home! 🏎 The second is Seraphina, a sweetheart who would love to cuddle and nap all day! 💕

THIS IS NOT A DRILL, $25 FILL A BAG SALE THIS SATURDAY AT THE THRIFT HOUND CANDLER LOCATION!

This Saturday, June 20th The Thrift Hound of Candler will be having a $25 fill your bag sale!! We will provide one of our Mountain Pet Rescue Asheville bags, anything and everything you can fit inside the bag will be $25 (With a few exceptions pictured on Pic 2)!!!!! Coffee makers, waffle makers, blenders, pots, pans, dishes, dog leashes, collars, pet clothing, toys, books.. you get the point 😂
This is a one day only sale, June 20th from 10am-3pm!!

On this cloudy Tuesday I want to show off the vintage/fun pieces we have!

I LOVE these beautiful glasses! There are cute small green ones with litttle glass k**b details on the sides and bigger brown ones that could be used as cute vases!

Then there are our beautiful silver plated pieces! We have plates, platters, trinket dishes, mirrors, and more! My favorite is the two tier trinket dish holder.

This bird fountain is gorgeous with such intricate details of flowers and a few blue birds. It works beautifully and would be a great edition indoors or outdoors!

These 2 out of season but phenomenal jackets are just so cool. The first one is a semi-wool mix Express jacket. It has barely been worn with some of the stitches still intact. Then this just drop dead amazing Guide Gear Leather Jacket with acrylic faux fur lining. The fur is in near perfect condition while the leather just needs a bit of leather cleaner to make her pop!

Lastly, there is Hattie, a new edition to the Thrift Hound Leicester store! She is the sweetest baby and deserves a good, loving home!
