The holiday weekend is upon us! Just a friendly reminder the gallery, clay and tool shop, administrative offices, and all staff operations will be closed on Saturday, July 4 in observance of the Independence Day holiday. We will re-open in our full capacity on Sunday, July 5.

I am so excited to have Tori Motyl of Motyl Pottery at The Village Potters Clay Center at Westgate on July 11 and 12th. She is going to be engineering a very large vessel. It’s a two day demonstration. Come if you wanna learn how to do it or just come because you wanna watch the magic of something like this being created before our very eyes. Me, I’m gonna do it! Just go to the Village Potters website in the comments and get registered because we still have a few spaces available. I am so personally excited to try this after I learn these techniques from Tori.
