Coming up this Saturday! Join us at Skyland/South Buncombe Library for a special science book event from 1-3pm with local author Matthew K. Manning and hands-on science experiment facilitators High Touch High Tech in celebration of Manning’s new middle grade graphic novel, The Spark Experiment.

This event will include a cartoon presentation of the graphic novel from Manning, followed by a science experiment demonstration from High Touch High Tech. Afterwards, readers can get their book signed and do their own science experiment on site.

This event is free and open to the public, no registration required. Malaprop’s will have books for sale on site.

Come by between 2 - 4pm to meet Susi and get your book signed! Our cafe will be open late to offer drink specials and treats.
