As many of you know, my mom, Alice, is currently fighting Stage 4 re**al cancer. This week she continues her treatment journey with chemotherapy, and while the road ahead isn’t always easy, she is facing it with the same stubborn strength that has carried her through so much in life.

Your generosity has helped ease some of the financial stress that comes with treatment, travel, and time away from work. More importantly, it has reminded us that we are not fighting this battle alone.

As many of you now know, my mom was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 re**al cancer. While we’re hopeful and fighting alongside her, the medical expenses, travel, and everything that comes with cancer add up quickly.

While I’m being extra emotional I would like to say thank you to these people who I met through growing my small business we consider us a small business family but I definitely consider you family Doggone Good Treats LLC you have made sure I was at every family holiday event and I can’t tell you what that means to me. S&N Juice Fountain you have been my laugh my vent my tissue to wipe my tears and keep me hydrated thru everything thank you so much. ❤️ Hey everyone,

I’ve been quiet on this page for a while, and honestly, life has been a lot heavier than I expected.

Many of you know me through my business, but today I’m posting as a daughter.

If I’m being honest, I hate asking for help. I’ve gone back and forth about making this post, but my mom needs all the support she can get right now.

My mom, Alice, was diagnosed with Stage 4 re**al cancer and underwent her first surgery in March. She is currently receiving treatment in Arlington, where she can stay close to her medical team, continue pursuing the business she worked so hard to build, and be near her mother.

While Stage 4 cancer is a scary diagnosis, we are holding tightly to hope. Her doctors believe her cancer is treatable, and she is facing this fight with incredible strength and determination. The road ahead won’t be easy, but we’re taking it one day at a time.

Because of treatment and recovery, Alice will be unable to work for a little over a year. Between medical expenses, travel, lost income, and everyday living costs, the financial burden is more than any family can prepare for.

I’ve created a GoFundMe to help support her during this journey. If you’re able to donate, our family would be forever grateful. If you can’t, I completely understand—sharing the fundraiser, sending a message, or simply keeping Alice in your thoughts and prayers means just as much.

This is not an easy post for me to make. Anyone who knows me knows I’d rather figure things out on my own. But cancer has a way of reminding you that sometimes it’s okay to lean on your community.
