Weird picture? It's almost 100 lbs of very active sourdough culture. We'll use about 70 lbs of it tonight and then start feeding it flour and water again, daily to cover our smaller bake nights and be ready to start over next Friday.

We had a customer special request for scones to be at the Westborough farmers market today. We made extras. Pick up at Dilce Ashland or our Saturday farmers market in Ashland nd Natick.
This weeks flavors include:
Toffee Cinnamon Pecan
Apricot Almond
Tart cherry with candied orange peel
Crystallized ginger with lemon peel.

As always, our scones aren't as dry as the traditional version...just a simple buttery and mildly sweetened dough

Stop by the Ashland MA Farmers Market Saturday morning and the Sunday mornings to grab one of our awesome breakfast sandwiches. They come on your choice of our fresh buttery biscuits or our cheddar green onion biscuits.....complete with our flavorful baked egg patties. Choice of just egg & cheese or add bacon or sausage.
