The Flower Shed is open today and tomorrow 9:00-4:00✨ 4880 Highway 66, right before Emigrant Lake. Come on out and get some of the most beautiful flowers of the season! Soooo much beauty right now. Dahlias, lisianthus, cosmos, roses, snaps, celosia, phlox, zinnia, chrysanthemum…. Soooo many luxe flowers. Self-serve; Cash, Venmo, and Paypal. Reminder- the shed is monitored by multiple 360 cameras; theft will be reported and posted.

Heads up! The Flower Shed will be open with lots of goodies this Saturday and Sunday, 9:00-4:00 💐 4880 Highway 66, just before Emigrant Lake✨. Come get some early Fall dahlias and more! Everything is sooooo happy in my greenhouse and fields right now. Come support a local small farm, and make your table arrangements ✨sparkle✨. And dont forget to sign up for my Oct 11th Pumpkin Centerpiece Workshop. We will be making the cutest dried flower Pumpkin Centerpieces for your Fall decor and Thanksgiving tables (they last forever because the flowers are glued on). Sew you guys this weekend 🎉

All my new varieties of dahlias that I planted in my greenhouse are just starting to bloom, and I couldn’t be happier 💕. This beauty is ‘Kelgai Ann’, and she is the most beautiful waterlily-type dahlia with blushes of pink over soft white petals. Almost has a peony look when the blooms start to “cup” as they age. I’m excited to see how she changes as the weather gets a little bit cooler.
After years of having hundreds of dahlias at my last farm, I lost a lot in the droughts and Almeda fire, and soooo many to gophers….so I’m very excited to be building my collection back again. This time, doing everything I can to save the tubers from gophers and ground-squirrels. These rodents have cost me thousands in damage over the years, so it’s nice to have a place to plant that is protected from both. Fingers crossed I can build my collection and start selling tubers again. I will know this winter what will be available to sell 💕✨

The Flower Shed will be open and fully stocked tomorrow and Sunday, 9:00-4:00 🍊✨ Come grab some single stems, bunches, wrapped bouquets, or vase arrangements for your cozy Fall tables. If you guys want me to keep the Flower Shed open on weekends, please come support!! Let’s keep small and sustainable farms afloat, otherwise it’s just going to be grocery store flowers shipped in from South America, covered in carcinogens, supporting abysmal wages….And our varieties and color choices are so much prettier 🤣 We can’t do this without consistent support. Let’s keep money as local as possible! And thank you guys so much…. lots of love 🧡🧡🧡
