All good things…. need a break? Haha… well the time has come and we’re going to be clearing out of our current location. This location has been an uphill battle and we need to find something that serves us and our long terms stability.

Hello from the Forever Young Family!

It is long overdue for us to send an email and say "hello!" to our beloved community. We are chugging along here at FY and preparing for the Fall and Winter Season.

If you follow us on our socials or have been in the store lately then you have seen the development of our Forever Young Play Club! (https://www.instagram.com/reel/C7zlCwLS96W/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==) This is an open ended play area and lounge space for parents. Come on in and set the kiddos free while you relax or get your work done. This space is safe, fun, and fully contained.

Thoughts on the market

of Downtown Ashland

I'm sure many of you have seen the news that the beloved Black Sheep Pub (https://theblacksheep.com/) will be closing this month, which moves us to write about the downtrend in numbers that us business owners are facing downtown. Business owners are seeing 20-50% less in sales this year over last. Trends are down but rent and expenses are not getting any lower. It is times like these that we need to preserve our beloved downtown that we are so lucky to have. At this moment, the spending in this community does not add up for the cost of rent. Many of us are barely pulling through let alone profiting. I am doing everything I can to spend my money in Ashland. You really can find everything you need here with an open mind and a little bit of looking. Lets work together to keep our downtown intact!

I know our business is needed here, just like all of our neighbors. Our friendly and wholesome place for parents and alternative options for shopping for kids is important in our community and we will fight for it with all of our might. Amazon tries to take this away from us, but we won't stand for it!
