🚨New Episode LIVE on YouTube!🚨

In this episode of the Green Top Outdoors Podcast, we sit down with David Hennaman of the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources (DWR) for a deep dive into conservation, hunting, hunter education, deer management, and the funding behind it all.

We’re talking about:
• DWR’s R3 program and growing participation in the outdoors
• Where hunting & fishing license dollars go
• Pittman-Robertson funding + Virginia’s House Bill 38
• Hunter education and changing participation trends
• Access to hunting land in Virginia
• Deer population management and antlerless harvest objectives
• The role hunters play in supporting charitable food programs through venison donations

If you hunt, fish, hike, watch wildlife, or just enjoy Virginia’s outdoors, there’s a lot to learn from this conversation.
