Hey loyal Heart Graphics customers!

You may have seen notice that the building that houses Heart Graphics, 316 Main Street West in Ashland, is for sale. This is the case – BUT rest assured that it has no impact on the current or future operation of Heart Graphics. As we have for the past 40 years, Heart Graphics remains eager to work with you on your custom print needs – offset and digital printed products, screen printed tees and hoodies, embroidered caps and jackets, signs, banners, promotional products, and just about anything that can be decorated or printed.
We’re open weekdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Over 5,000 square feet of Main Street commercial space that is solid, accessible, and configurable however a new owner may want! Job Opening: Heart Graphics
Print Manager
Position Summary: Heart Graphics is seeking a full-time administrative manager to oversee print production. Heart Graphics is a full-service commercial print shop located in downtown Ashland, Wisconsin. Our products and services include: digital and offset printing and finishing, copying, mailing services, apparel screen printing and embroidery, graphic design services, and more. The print manager will be responsible for smooth operation of offset and digital print operations.
Position Responsibilities
• Taking orders from customers (in person, via email, via phone)
• Calculating and providing price quotes to customers
• Calculating and billing completed jobs
• Arranging and prioritizing work flow and production schedules for print jobs
• Ordering and receiving inventory materials and supplies
Qualifications/Characteristics:
• Experience working in an administrative position
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented
• Strong math skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping procedures
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills

Graphic Artist/Customer Service
Organization Description and Position Summary:
Heart Graphics is seeking applicants for the position of Graphics Artist/Customer Service. Heart Graphics is a full-service commercial print shop located in downtown Ashland, Wisconsin. Our products and services include: digital and offset printing and finishing, copying, mailing services, apparel screen printing and embroidery, graphic design services, and more.
Job Duties:
• Receiving and processing orders from customers in person and via phone/email/web
• Ensuring proper layout of text and graphics prior to full press run of printed products
• Creating original layouts/graphics for a variety of printed products
• Troubleshooting prepress problems and addressing customer concerns
• Operating digital printers and finishing equipment
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Knowledge of and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software, specifically; Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator

BOOKKEEPER
Heart Graphics, a commercial print shop in Ashland, Wisconsin, has a part-time opening for an in-house bookkeeper.
Organization Description: Heart Graphics is a full-service commercial print shop located in downtown Ashland, WI. Our products and services include: digital and offset printing and finishing, copying, mailing services, apparel screen printing and embroidery, graphic design services, and more.
Position Summary: The bookkeeper will work under the oversight of our management team to keep record of daily financial transactions, and to prepare financial forms and reports for both internal and external use. This is a part-time, in-house position. Work schedule and number of hours are flexible and negotiable. No weekend, evening or holiday work hours are required. Wage will be negotiated depending on experience.
Qualifications: Applicant must have training and experience in the following areas:
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of industry-standard accounting frameworks
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Expertise in Sage, Quickbooks, or equivalent accounting software
• Data entry and maintenance
• Experience with web commerce management
• Confidentiality
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable dealing with large volumes of data
