Nestled in the heart of the Berkshires, Mahaiwe Tent, a family operated business, is proud to be entering their 36th year of serving the tristate area, including Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York. We help celebrate all kinds of special events from weddings, graduations, galas, to small backyard parties and all in-between. We specialize in tents of all sizes and styles, rustic tables & bars, fine china, glassware and flatware, custom linens, lighting and many more accessories.

Looking back at photos from our grand opening, what stands out the most isn’t the building - it’s the people who filled it.

Family, friends, vendors, & so many fellow small business owners who showed up to celebrate with us. We’re incredibly lucky to be a part of a community where people support each other, collaborate, and genuinely want to see one another succeed.

We started expanding our wood collection with our acacia serving bowls, and now we’re taking it one step further with our new wood-frame chafing dishes.

They keep food hot while hiding the stainless underneath, giving your food service a fresh, modern look with just the right amount of rustic warmth.

A few weeks ago, we gathered to celebrate 40 years of Mahaiwe Tent, our new showroom, and the warehouse we’ve proudly called home for the last two years✨

Surrounded by family, friends, vendors, clients and our incredibly team, we spent the evening laughing & connecting on how far we’ve come and celebrating the people who helped us get here.

We’re grateful for the support of this community and excited for what’s ahead - countless showroom meetings, memorable events and many more years of hard work and growth.

Huge shoutout to Lost Mountain Woodcraft for custom building our dream showroom, for throwing a 10/10 party, for these photos & for the infamous slices - it takes a village.
