Stock is very low today. Mostly just Bologna.

I’m working on Polish sausages, wieners, and Grillers today. Should have them all ready to go Wednesday afternoon.

Shop will be closed Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Shop closed Saturday.

Working on pineapples and jalapeño pineapples today. They should be ready Saturday morning.

Also preparing for a batch of jerky to go into the smoker. Hopefully ready right away next week.

Shop open only 9:00 to 10:00 tomorrow.

Low on Bologna and out of Polish today. Going to try to have a batch of both ready to go Thursday.

Out of Polish sausages and jerky this morning. Will be packaging hotdogs, Grillers, and beef sticks

Bologna in the smoker this morning. Should have some cooled off around 3:30.

Didn’t have time to get sticks in. Will be finishing up beef sticks this afternoon. They will be ready to package tomorrow.

Starting to restock. Working on ring Bologna and beef sticks this afternoon.

Hopefully ready to go tomorrow.

Wieners, Grillers, and brown and serves should be ready by Saturday.

Was good to see everyone last week/weekend! Thank you all for stopping in the shop.

I’ll start planning the restock for this week and make a post when things will be ready to go.

Thank you to The Ashton community club and the Ashton Fire Department for a wonderful weekend celebrating our community at Ashton days.
