Hello my friends. I recently came across an older St. Martin Bb clarinet, but I’m having trouble tracking down good pads to fit the cups. It seems as though conventional pad sizes are incompatible. S/N 2518. Any help would be appreciated. I can’t really measure in mm anymore. Eyeballs don’t work too well. And yea this is a project restoration for me. I recently completed instrument repair school and this is my first piece of wood. Thanks in advance.

Super excited. Bought a bassoon today for a steal only 7.5 K for a Fox 222 with all the bells and whistles. Not a Heckle12### series, but a standard bore all around good piece of wood. Grateful to Jennifer’s Bocal Majority for the deal.

Hello, and welcome to Doublereedman Music!! So excited to finally launch this venture. As most of my friends know, I am a musician, and have always been very active in the community. I have finally decided to make it official, and open the doors to my very own personal music academy.
Students will receive top quality technical instruction on the woodwind or brass instrument of their choice, and yes this includes Oboe, English Horn, and Bassoon as well as Tuba, Trumpet, Clarinet, the list goes on and on. On top of that, you will get professional grade theory, and interpretation. This includes, Advanced Musicianship, Harmony, Figured Bass, Transposition, Counterpoint, and much, much more.
