We LOVE Astoria, and one reason is all of the great events in town that happen throughout the year.
Today is the Astoria Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k!
What a fun atmosphere...I even found an unregistered runner getting in on the action!

Donation/Free Christmas trees!! As it's our first year trying to have a tree stand in Astoria at the Astoria Co+op , we have too many trees still left. So, in the spirit of Christmas and community we'd like to offer these for a donation towards cost, if you just need a free tree for your family, please come get one Monday only between 2 and 5 pm.
First come first served

It would great for them to find a home for Christmas, we'll do a great deal half off the biggies!
We are located at the Astoria Co+op and here tonight until 7pm and Sunday 12 until 5 pm.

Love Astoria is offering discounts on their Christmas trees this weekend! It's not too late to get a beautiful Oregon-grown tree for a great price. They'll be at the co-op's outdoor seating area from noon to 7 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Come check out their ornaments, cards and complimentary hot cider too!

Christmas Tree Storm Watch!!
Okay folks due to the 40mph gusts, and the thunder and lightening a little bit ago, we will not be handing out selling Christmas trees today - HOWEVER, if you have an urgent need of a tree - we are only a couple minutes away and are happy to help.
