***We only take appointments for consigning at this time.
***All items need to have been originally priced over $80 retail for clothing and over $100 for leather bags, shoes and boots. We have more details below about our consignment criteria.
***All clothing must arrive freshly cleaned, wrinkle-dust-pet hair-etc free and on hangers. We love animals but clothing must appear as it would in ie Nordstrom for us to accept to sell. We simply do not have the “manpower” to bring clothes up to “like new” appearance as clothes need to arrive ready to sell.
***Clothes in bags or boxes will not be considered as this requires more work to prepare to sell. (We may be able to review folded items for you to take home to prepare for selling -ie wash, steam, iron and hang- and returning as an option.) Consignment:
1)Please come into the boutique to meet us and go over our criteria in person. We prefer to meet you and have you check out our boutique BEFORE we make an appointment.
2)All styles must be in like new and in season (warm weather or cold weather) and of current fashion (ie bohemian flowy trend) or select TIMELESS vintage style.
3)You may bring a few samples for us to review. We want to help you get an idea of how consignment here at RoCoco Luxe works if you have not done it before.
4)Resale, TRADE or Consignments appointments are on Wednesday and Thursday 12-3:30 only…(except by special need on other days) We cannot see consignment clothing for intake on Fridays or Saturdays because we are in a busy tourist area and we are busy w customers that are shopping on those days.
5)Dresses, tops and bottoms must arrive on hangers and ready to sell, clean wrinkle free, dust and pet hair free, smoke free.
6)Bags must have retailed for $150 or more originally. Bags and purses need to be vacuumed out and spot cleaned if needed, before we accept them to sell. Using pet hair remover rollers ate suggested on the inside of bags to remove all dust and debris.
7)Shoes must have retailed for $150 or more originally. Shoes/booties/boots must be clean inside and out, barely worn and appear almost new.
8)Items need to be sellable in todays classic styles or bohemian flowy relaxed type market. We prefer 3 yrs or newer or timeless styles and brands of apparel (ie Free People, Johnny Was, etc are timeless styles usually)
9)Styles from Free People to Banana Republic or better is what we look for. Unique current designer and boutique brands and styles are desirable.
10)Each item must have originally been marked for $80 or more as Suggested Retail. Leather shoes boots and bags must have been originally retailed for over $150.
11)We do not accept any items or brands sold in big box stores store such as Kohl’s, Target, Walmart, JC Pennys, Old Navy or similar type stores (No exceptions) Sorry we do not take business suits or wedding dresses.
12)Formal wear will only be looked at around before and during the holiday season. (Exception: bridal guest dresses or Mother of bride or groom current styles may be accepted)
13)Walk ins to meet me and show me samples of your collection are preferred on Wednesday or Thursday afternoons only.
14)payouts for consignments can be requested and picked up after 90 days of start of agreement. Trade credit to be used in the store at anytime can be made available immediately upon acceptance of your approved items.
14) We request you only bring a maximum of 20 of your best and most desired apparel items to set up a new account. We request you have 10 minimum qualifying items to set up an appointment.
