After nearly 65 years, it’s time to say goodbye to the former movie theater building and begin an exciting new chapter for Beechwood Shopping Center.

Over the coming weeks, you’ll notice demolition and construction activity in this area of the property. Our team is committed to minimizing any impact on our customers by keeping as much of the work as possible behind the shopping center and maintaining convenient access throughout the project.

This is just the beginning. We’re working on several exciting improvements—including new solutions to help ease parking demand, and we look forward to sharing more details in the months ahead!
