🥵 The forecast says HOT… we’ve got the solution! ☀️⚾️🧢

If you’re heading to the Athens Area Youth Baseball Tournament this weekend, be sure to grab one of these awesome can coozies to help keep your drinks cold in the summer heat! With five different designs to choose from, they’re the perfect way to stay cool while supporting our local baseball program. Coozies will be available for purchase at the tournament! ⚾💙

The tournament kicks off tonight (Friday, July 10) with Athens 12U taking the field at 5:30 PM, followed by Athens 11U at 7:00 PM. Then it’s another full day of baseball on Saturday, beginning with Athens 12U at 8:30 AM, with games running throughout the day.

Whether you have a player on the field or you’re just looking for a fun way to spend the weekend, come out and cheer on these young athletes. Grab some great ballpark food, soak up the excitement, support a great organization, and enjoy a weekend that showcases the best of our community.

It’s time to relax 🍷

Almost 300 shirts in a three business day turnaround… DONE.

It wasn’t exactly smooth sailing.

A rain delay pushed the game back a day. We didn’t receive all of the artwork when expected. Then came the biggest challenge of all… a nasty storm that knocked out our power for nearly an entire day.

Thank you to everyone for your patience, encouragement, kind words, and offers to help while we scrambled to get these shirts out the door. Your support meant more than you know.

A HUGE thank you to my mom, who showed up with a generator and a pile of extension cords so we could keep the presses running, and then stayed to help with production. She truly saved the day.

My youngest, Logan, has taken his new summer job at Mom’s shop very seriously. He did everything asked of him and was willing to jump in wherever needed. I couldn’t be more proud of him.

Thank you to my husband for making runs all over central Wisconsin to pick up replacement equipment when one of my presses was on its last leg, and for showing up with dinner when we simply didn’t have time to stop.

And finally, thank you to the Athens Fastpitch Softball team for giving me the opportunity to be a small part of this exciting journey. It was a privilege to create these shirts for you and to share in the excitement surrounding your trip to State.

Good luck tomorrow, ladies! No matter what happens, you’ve already made our little town incredibly proud.

Now let’s see if we can make some State Champion shirts next week. 💙🥎
