One Scarf. So Many Possibilities.

Vintage scarves are having a moment—and honestly, they never really left. From silky squares to colorful prints, a great scarf can add a little personality to just about anything.

Try one of these vintage-inspired tricks:

Classic neck tie — Knot it at the side for an effortlessly chic look.

Head scarf — Tie it around your hair for a little old-Hollywood glamour.

Bag charm — Wrap a scarf around a purse handle for an instant pop of color.

Belt it — Thread a long scarf through belt loops or tie it around your waist.

Wrist wrap — A small scarf tied around your wrist makes a surprisingly fun accessory.
Decorate with it — Drape a beautiful scarf over a chair, vanity, basket, or tabletop for an easy vintage touch.

Feeling adventurous? Larger scarves can be styled into creative tops or shawls.

The best part? You don’t have to commit to just one look. Change the way you tie it and you’ve got a whole new accessory!

Come browse the vintage scarves at Lexington Vintage and find one that makes you say, “Oh, I know exactly what I’m going to do with this!”

Howdy, folks! It’s Howdy Doody Time!

A little piece of television history has moseyed into Lexington Vintage! Meet this antique Howdy Doody marionette, complete with his wonderfully worn vintage clothing, painted composite head and hands, and those fantastic old cowboy boots.

There’s something extra special about vintage toys that show their age. The scuffs, crazing, faded colors, and well-loved clothing tell us this fellow wasn’t just a collectible—he was part of somebody’s childhood.

A truly fun and unusual piece of Americana for the serious vintage toy collector—or anyone who appreciates the wonderfully weird things that make vintage collecting so much fun.

Ya know, the poem doesn’t say anything about Humpty Dumpty being an egg.

Many historians believe the verse originally described a heavy cannon or a siege engine from the English Civil War that fell off a fortress wall.

Lewis Carroll later portrayed Humpty as an anthropomorphic egg in his 1871 book Through the Looking-Glass, which permanently cemented the egg imagery into popular culture.

The Poem “Humpty Dumpty” doesn’t say anything about him being an egg.

Many historians believe the verse originally described a heavy cannon or a siege engine from the English Civil War that fell off a fortress wall. The Kings men tried in vain to repair it.

Lewis Carroll later portrayed Humpty as an anthropomorphic egg in his 1871 book “Through the Looking-Glass,”which permanently cemented the egg imagery in popular culture.
