🌟AFC Future Leader Spotlight: Meet Gracie Diffey, the new Manager at Tennessee Valley Cooperative - Elgin.

She developed a passion for agriculture at an early age while putting out hay and preparing broiler houses for baby chicks on her family's farm in Anderson, AL.

The 2024 graduate of Mississippi State University, with a degree in Agribusiness Management and a minor in Marketing, continues to build on her agricultural foundation every day.

💭"What I love most about agriculture is the people. It's an industry filled with hardworking individuals who are always willing to lend a helping hand and share their knowledge with others."

As an AFC Future Leader and manager, Gracie enjoys meeting producers from all walks of life, finding solutions to their challenges and expanding her knowledge.
