Savory brunch was calling, so Cajun shrimp and crispy breakfast potatoes it was. 🍤🥔

This one came together exactly how I wanted it to. Crispy golden potatoes, seasoned Cajun shrimp, a little lemon butter, fresh chives, and plenty of flavor without making brunch complicated.

And yes, this one officially passed the taste test. ✅

Blackberry goat cheese French toast with warm smashed blackberries, hot honey, and thick brioche.

Still thinking about this blueberry lemon ricotta toast. 🫐🍋

The full recipe is now up in **The Pink Napkin**, and it’s one of those brunch recipes that looks fancy but is actually super simple to make.

Creamy ricotta, warm blueberries, lemon, honey, and a little mint on top. So good. 🥂

Blackberry goat cheese French toast because apparently regular French toast wasn’t dramatic enough. 😂

Thick brioche, whipped goat cheese, warm smashed blackberries, hot honey, and just enough powdered sugar to make it feel extra.

Peach season called for a proper girl brunch 🍑🥞

These Brown Butter Peach Pancakes are topped with caramelized peaches, homemade whipped cream, a little powdered sugar, and all that glossy brown butter peach goodness.

Simple enough for a weekend brunch, but still cute enough to make it feel special.
