Things can go wrong & yes it’s normal to stress about it all 🥲 (I have definitely been there these lasts few months)

But I have had to learn that the things I stress about the most are things I have no control over most of the times 🤦🏽‍♀️

Those things that can hinder my growth or even cause my mental health to decline 🌷

We might be stuck in a deep hole but at the end of it all there are bigger & greater things 🫶🏼

We have to trust the timing of the blessings that are to come & do our best to enjoy OUR process 💐

When we apply this to our personal or business aspect of our lives it will make a huge difference in how we view all the bumps in our journey 💖

Focus on the good & have a positive mindset in all that you do ✨

We’ve learned that keeping a positive mindset helps you stay motivated & grateful 💐

At times it’s hard but being able to reset your way of looking at all the “bad” things or all the things that may not be going “your way”, is the best way to start ✨

Recently, we decided to pause & step away from social media because as a small business owner, one can get overwhelmed by all the “super successful” businesses & we tend to compare our growth to others 💕

Which then, ends up hurting our mindset & true goals ✨

We’ve refocused & we’ve reset… now it’s time to act on our passion, & keep moving towards our true goal ✨

What do you struggle with the most on a daily basis?? ✨

Right now for me as an individual & as a business owner I struggle with understanding exactly that: “ Anything worth having takes time” 🤍

We tend to always try & rush things.
We tend to want things done & ready as fast as possible.
& We tend to get frustrated when things don’t happen when we think they should.

Whether it’s with our small business or in our personal lives, it’s good to remind yourself to & enjoy each moment & lesson it gives us. ✨

Self confidence is a super power 💞

A lot of the times we have pushed back launching certain products, trying out new scents, posting videos or pictures we don’t think are “good enough” & doubting each step we’re going to take in regards to our small business 🙃

Through all of that we have encountered many awesome people that have helped us get out of that shell, slowly but surely 💕

The motivation to keep fighting for what we love & the encouragement from those closest to me have helped gain self confidence 🥲

The fall is a reminder of how wonderful it is to let things go, to see change & beauty as the leaves turn 🍂

& as we change & let go of all the negative thoughts we see a brighter beginning 💞
