It's Spring - the air in Atlanta is filled with yellow pollen and you can't keep your car clean, you can smell the freshly cut grass, you're taking twice the intended daily amount of Claritin (because, , knowhatimean?), and the dream is still alive for the Atlanta Braves...I mean Barves. So, free agency is more/less over. Now we breathlessly await the NFL draft, just like our fathers, and our fathers' fathers before them, and our fathers' fathers' fathers before then, hoping that "THIS WILL BE THE YEARRRRR". And the circle of life goes on. It's Spring Training, and the Braves are down in Florida Barving it up. I think their record is like 2-46 at this point. But hey, the farm system is stocked, right? And we all can't wait for the new stadium in 2017, complete with traffic at I-75 that's gonna stink worse than a hobo's underwear, right? Yep, that's gonna rule. Because Braves. No pedestrian bridge across 285? Because Braves. Anyway, buy the "Fredi Gonna Fredi, Barves Gonna Barve" t-shirt and celebrate the upcoming 100 loss season, because we need your money. To totally pay for parking at the new stadium***.
