Umm... Anyone else? 🤣🤣🤣

Sleep is HARD those first few months (or longer)... And let’s be honest — the advice to ā€œsleep when the baby sleepsā€ is easier said than done. 😐

Between feedings, diaper changes, and the endless to-do list running through your head, it can feel nearly impossible to get some rest when you need it most.

But here’s the thing, mama — you deserve rest too. It’s okay to ask for help, whether it’s from your partner, a family member, or a friend. Let them take over for a bit so you can sneak in a nap.

And don’t feel guilty about it! šŸ‘šŸ½ Resting is part of taking care of yourself, and a well-rested mama is a happier, more present mama.

If asking for help feels hard, start with small steps. Maybe it's asking your partner to handle a night feeding, or having a friend drop by with a meal so you can skip cooking.

You’ve carried this little one for nine months, and now you’re giving them the best of yourself every single day — but that doesn’t mean you have to do it alone.

Remember, it’s not just about surviving these sleepless nights; it’s about thriving and finding moments to recharge, even if it’s just a quick nap.

You’re doing amazing, mama. ✨ Keep going, and don’t hesitate to lean on your village — you’ve got this! 🩷

Self-care for new moms starts with comfort… especially in those early postpartum days šŸ«¶šŸ¾

After giving birth, your body deserves softness, support, and room to heal gently. That’s why the right postpartum underwear makes such a difference.

Our Rose Maternity Co. postpartum underwear is designed to feel incredibly soft against sensitive skin… breathable, stretchy, and supportive without feeling tight or restrictive. Think of that ā€œfinally exhaleā€ kind of comfort after a long day. šŸ«¶šŸ½

Because when you’re healing, feeding, rocking, and adjusting to a whole new season of life…
the last thing you need is uncomfortable underwear.

Soft enough for tender postpartum bodies.
Supportive enough for everyday recovery.
Comfort made with moms in mind. šŸ’œ

Comment ā€œROSEā€ and we’ll send you details on our postpartum recovery essentials and postpartum underwear collection. 🌹

Healing after motherhood isn’t always linear 🄹

Some days you feel strong and like yourself again…
and other days, even the smallest things can feel heavy.

You can love your baby deeply and still need rest.
You can feel grateful and overwhelmed at the same time.
You can be healing physically, emotionally, and mentally all at once.

So many moms pressure themselves to ā€œbounce backā€ quickly…
but real healing takes time, grace, support, and patience with yourself. šŸ«¶šŸ½

That’s exactly why we created the Rose Maternity Co. Postpartum Recovery Kit… to help moms feel supported during one of the most vulnerable transitions of their lives. šŸ’œ

Our kit is thoughtfully designed with postpartum essentials to help you rest, recover, soothe discomfort, and care for yourself while caring for your baby. Because moms deserve support too, not just survival.

If you’re preparing for postpartum, currently healing, or know a mama who could use extra care… comment ā€œROSEā€ and we’ll send you the details on our recovery kit. 🌹

You can deeply love your children… and still have moments where motherhood feels overwhelming. šŸ«¶šŸ½

You can be grateful for your babies and still feel touched out, exhausted, overstimulated, or in need of a break.

That doesn’t make you a bad mom.
That makes you human.

Motherhood was never meant to require perfection every second of the day. Some moments are beautiful… and some moments are simply hard. Both can exist at the same time.

At Rose Maternity Co., we believe moms deserve space to heal, feel, rest, and be cared for too. 🌹

If no one has reminded you lately…
You are doing better than you think you are. šŸ’œ

Breastfeeding Mamas... Please tell me you understand šŸ˜…

The difference between breastfeeding my first baby and my fifth baby is honestly night and day.

With my first, everything felt so new. I was nervous, trying to figure it all out, constantly wondering if I was doing things ā€œright.ā€ My husband was so protective too… he would literally watch around us to make sure nobody was looking while I was breastfeeding. šŸ˜‚

But by baby number five? Whew… I could probably breastfeed in my sleep at this point. šŸ™ŒšŸ½ It became natural. Easier. More comfortable for both of us.

And honestly, I think that’s one of the beautiful parts of motherhood. You grow through every season.

What felt overwhelming in the beginning slowly became second nature with time, experience, support, and grace for myself along the way.

That’s also such a huge reason why I’m passionate about what I do with Rose Maternity Co. Because I know firsthand how different postpartum and motherhood can feel depending on the support you have around you. 🩷

So to the first-time mama who feels nervous or unsure right now… you are learning. You are growing. And you’re doing better than you think you are. ✨

If you know an expecting mom who could use some extra support during postpartum, our RoseReliefā„¢ Postpartum Recovery Set was made to help you feel supported every step of the way! Comment ROSE and we'll send you the link to grab it!

Nobody talks enough about how exhaustion can show up emotionally, mentally, and physically after having a baby. šŸ¤

Sometimes it’s not ā€œdoing too much.ā€
Sometimes your body is simply asking for more rest.

If you’ve been feeling more irritated, overwhelmed by little things, struggling to focus, or constantly tired even after sleeping… your body may be asking you to slow down and heal.

Rest is not laziness.
Rest is part of recovery.
Rest is part of motherhood.
Rest is part of healing. 🌸

Save this as a reminder for the days you feel like you have to push through everything.

Send this to a mama who needs to choose her peace 🩷

Motherhood is beautiful… but it can also be overwhelming, overstimulating, and exhausting in ways people don’t always talk about.

Wanting a moment alone doesn’t make you ungrateful.
Needing quiet doesn’t make you a bad mom.
And craving rest after pouring into everyone else all day doesn’t mean you love your children any less.

You are still allowed to protect your softness.
You are still allowed to take a breath.
You are still allowed to choose peace without guilt.

The best version of you isn’t the one running on empty… it’s the one who feels cared for too. 🌸
