Umm... Anyone else? š¤£š¤£š¤£
Sleep is HARD those first few months (or longer)... And letās be honest ā the advice to āsleep when the baby sleepsā is easier said than done. š
Between feedings, diaper changes, and the endless to-do list running through your head, it can feel nearly impossible to get some rest when you need it most.
But hereās the thing, mama ā you deserve rest too. Itās okay to ask for help, whether itās from your partner, a family member, or a friend. Let them take over for a bit so you can sneak in a nap.
And donāt feel guilty about it! šš½ Resting is part of taking care of yourself, and a well-rested mama is a happier, more present mama.
If asking for help feels hard, start with small steps. Maybe it's asking your partner to handle a night feeding, or having a friend drop by with a meal so you can skip cooking.
Youāve carried this little one for nine months, and now youāre giving them the best of yourself every single day ā but that doesnāt mean you have to do it alone.
Remember, itās not just about surviving these sleepless nights; itās about thriving and finding moments to recharge, even if itās just a quick nap.
Youāre doing amazing, mama. ⨠Keep going, and donāt hesitate to lean on your village ā youāve got this! š©·
