After a weekend of baking for others, I rewarded myself with some homemade brown butter chocolate chip cookies. I’ve spent the last 8 years tweaking this recipe, it’s finally where I want it.

Miso Bucatini Pasta. This why love tastes like.

Ingredients:
(2 servings)
Bucatini Pasta
Cremini Mushrooms
Miso Paste
Olive Oil
Salted Butter
1/3 Shallot
2 Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup Pasta Water
Chives

If I ate meat I would toss in miso cod, pancetta or a thick bacon sliced in tiny cubes. Taste sauce as you cook to know if you need to add additional pasta water, butter or miso paste.
