I’m starting to think Large is the start standard in the black ones ! If you’re 150lbs-170lbs ... & then up from there ... if you are below 150lbs a Medium would be ideal , & below 140lbs small .. bit of course that would depend on your body structure but im starting to be able to eyeball sizes 😂😂😂😊 the black ones are a bit tricky because of the Latex material ..
