Juneteenth is more than a date on the calendar. It's a reminder that freedom is not only inherited, it must be honored, protected, and built upon.

As a Black business owner, every design, every vision, every step forward is my way of taking up space that generations before me fought to create. Avenue Black exists because of sacrifice, resilience, brilliance, and an unwavering belief that Black excellence deserves to be seen, celebrated, and elevated.

Today, I honor the legacy of those who dreamed beyond their circumstances so that I could dream without limits. I honor the culture that shaped me, the community that supports me, and the responsibility that comes with building something bigger than myself.

A throwback to shooting with one of the faves! The Cordae Omari | made his debut shoot with Avenue Black Apparel in 2021 and has been a staple of support, appreciation and love since day one.

Wearing pieces from our Regale Collection ( still available btw) and making it do more than just look good but give it presence.

Cordae makes a statement in everything he wears and it's a continued honor to have his support in my life as a friend and business.
