That's a real trainee, after just the first evening of our Kids Yoga Teacher Training. She'd come in comparing it to a 200-hour adult program that left her wondering where to even start — and by the end of night one, she felt ready.

Our 95-hour, Yoga Alliance–approved certification is trauma-informed, and you can take it live on Zoom or in person in Atlanta. No experience needed — you'll leave with the manuals, pose cards, and curriculum to start teaching right away.

Enrollment is open for our fall Kids Yoga Teacher Training.

Our 95-hour, Yoga Alliance–approved RCYT certification is trauma-informed, and you can take it two ways: live on Zoom, or in person here in Atlanta (only 8 in-studio seats). No prior experience needed — we teach you everything, step by step, and each step includes the manuals, pose cards, and curriculum to start teaching right away.

Step 1 is September 25–27. Early-bird tuition is $599 through September 11 (then $649), and taking all four steps as a bundle saves you $300.
