Okay, but this is the kind of “just married” energy I love.

The dress. The tux. The flowers. The getaway car. And that little kiss like nobody else is standing there with a camera.

Deion + Meizha reminded me that after all the flowers are placed, candles are lit and tables are styled, this is what we’re really designing around — two people having one of the best days of their lives.

The pretty matters. Of course it does. I’m a designer; I’m going to make it pretty.

But the best weddings still leave room for moments like this.

A kiss by the car.
A hand held a little tighter.
A few quiet minutes together before going back to the party.

Years later…and I would still design this wedding.

Meet Deion + Meizha.

Their wedding was classic without feeling plain. Romantic without being too much. And elegant without us chasing every trend.

LIVING LIFE + LIVING MY DREAM

I’ve been thinking lately…

I didn’t start designing events just to make pretty rooms.

I wanted to create beautiful things, meet amazing people, celebrate life, and actually ENJOY the life I’m building.

And sometimes that means putting down the clipboard, stepping away from the setup, putting on a cute outfit, grabbing a drink, and enjoying the party I just helped create.

Because yes, I’m the designer.

But I’m also a woman who wants to LIVE.

I want to travel.
I want to laugh.
I want to dress up.
I want to celebrate.
I want to make money doing what I love.
And I want to enjoy the beautiful moments I work so hard to create for everyone else.

I’m not just building a business. I’m building a LIFE I actually want to live. 💜
