There’s a lot happening in this corner of the ARH Collection.

The stars are a set of vintage Sherman Bertram of California dining chairs, newly upholstered and paired with a sculptural glass dining table. Add in brass lighting, vintage glassware, barware and plenty of those smaller pieces that make a room interesting.

And yes — two vintage lava lamps from the collection are still available! 🔴🔵

As for that fantastic zebra stealing the show? He’s visiting from the booth directly across from ARH — and he’s available there if you need a zebra in your life. And really, who doesn’t? 🦓

Vintage shopping a Buyer's Market?— is that a Bad Thing?

There’s no shortage of vintage furniture. But there can be a shortage of the right pieces.

Today’s market is selective. Who ever said "Being Old isn’t Enough". Good vintage needs great design, quality construction, beautiful materials, a story—or simply that feeling that it belongs in your home.

That’s the difference between thrifting and buying curated vintage.

A thrift store sells the find. An antique mall sells the hunt. A curated dealer offers judgment.

The ARH collection is select pieces I believe deserve another chapter. Not everything needs a famous designer’s name. Sometimes a great chair is simply a great chair.

Curated Mid-Century Modern isn’t about having the most, the best, or the rarest. It’s about finding interesting, well-designed pieces at fair prices— pieces that make you say:
