Happy ! 🔧🚲 This late ‘80s Trek 420 Fast Track is a classic road bike with a seriously cool setup. Cinelli bars and stem, Dura-Ace cranks, seatpost and front derailleur, plus a Campagnolo shifting system to bring this vintage build together. A fun mix of iconic components on a bike that still knows how to move. Come check it out at the shop!

Yesterday, our Frameworks Fellows helped put a fleet of new e-bikes on the Atlanta Beltline. 🚲⚡

The Atlanta Police Department’s PathForce patrols the Beltline, and with more than 15 miles of trail now complete (not counting the spurs and connector trails), covering ground quickly matters. These e-bikes will help officers respond faster to calls and make long patrol shifts a lot easier.

In partnership with Pedego Electric Bikes Atlanta, our Fellows assembled and safety-checked every bike before handing them over to the officers. It’s exactly the kind of real-world, high-stakes work Frameworks is built for: young people building skills, taking ownership, and seeing their work make a visible difference in our city.

Building bikes and building skills. 🔧🚲 Through Frameworks, young adults are developing advanced bike mechanic skills while also building leadership, confidence, problem-solving skills, and experience working as part of a team. Every day in the shop is a chance to learn something new, take on more responsibility, and keep building skills they can carry into whatever comes next. 💛

A huge thank you to SouthSide Cycling Club for another successful bike drive for Bearings! 🚲 We’re so grateful for your continued support and for collecting nearly 50 bikes for our organization this year.

Thank you to everyone who donated a bike and helped make the drive happen. We’re excited to put them to good use at the shop!

It’s ! This early ‘90s Fuji Flair has been transformed from an entry-level road bike into a lightweight flat-bar commuting machine.

Eddie kept the original Suntour 3000 groupset and brake assembly, added a comfortable flat-bar setup, and gave it a little pop of color with pink cable housing. With an XXL frame, this one is a great fit for a taller rider around 6’3”. Come give this one a spin!
