Across the bench today is this 2015 Fender USA American Standard Strat in classic Ebony finish. This one came in for a full set up & clean up and installation of some new Fender locking tuners. After all the work this one stays in tune great and looks killer. RAWK!!!!

Across the bench today is this 2005 Gibson Les Paul Studio in an unusual Tri color Sunburst finish with gold hardware. This one came in for a full clean up and set up and tweaks. These Studios are great work horse Les Paulā€™s and if cared for and set up properly usually intonate and set up great. I always suggest a pickup swap to some Seymour Duncanā€™s or other high quality humbucker due to the stock 400. & 500 series ones Gibson puts in these,are usually kinda flat and not very sweet sounding. But once in awhile a set gets thru like this one has that actually sound great! Guess it was a Monday built guitar and the pickup winder lost count of the windings while he was dozing in and outā€¦šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

Across the bench today is this Mexican 2017 Fender Telecaster Clash model in relics black over sunburst finish. This was a limited edited model that was a decent copy of Joeā€™s original beat ā€˜62 Tele. This one came in for a full set up and tweaks. After a fret polish and everything adjusted itā€™s a good replica of an originalā€™62 in feel and tone. These are going up quickly in value and are now in the $1500-$2k range in the used market. RAWK!!!

Across the bench today is this 1992 USA EC Fender Strat in 7up green metallic. This guitarā€™s original neck was warped and trashed beyond repair so I tracked down a newer 2008 one and replaced it. After setting it all up and lots of tweaking Iā€™m glad to say itā€™s back in service and can continue to go on for 20-30 more years. The passive stagger pole pickups are not original these originally came with an active boost circuit and lace sensor pickups. While not an all original guitar this one is a killer player now. RAWK!!!

Across the bench today is this 2018 Gibson Les Paul Studio in Ice Tea Sunburst. This one came in for a full set up and clean up and fret work. These p-90 equipped studios are real sleepers for the money. They sound great,play great and are super lightweight. This one is around 7lbs!!! You can find these easily and very reasonably priced in the used market ($800-$1400 range). The only upgrade I would suggest is a tuner change over these stock kluson deluxe style (they are non adjustable). These stock soap bars sound good and definitely have that classic p-90 s***k. RAWK!!!!

Across the bench today is this Fender Mexican Partscaster in heavy reliced nitro shell pink. This one came in for a full set up and lots of tweaks. It sports a Seymour Duncan ā€œEverythingā€ set of pickups with a JB jr bridge,Duckbucker and 59er neck..lets put it this way if you canā€™t get a tone out of this one your deaf lol. This is the most versatile set of strat pickups SD offers and it really does cover all the bases as far as usable good tones. I highly recommend this set up if you need a Swiss Army knife strat set up. RAWK!!!

Across the bench today is this 2020 Nash S57 ā€œGilmourā€ strat in aged nitro Ebony finish. This one came in for a full tweaking from head to toe. Itā€™s got 3 great Lollars in it and a 1 piece swamp ash body. Guitar now plays and stays in tune great after a full going thru.

Across the bench today is this recent Nash ā€˜54 Esquire replica in aged see thru blonde nitro finish. This one came in for some new tuners and a full set up. It absolutely rips and is a great 50ā€™s copy. This one has a big 50ā€™s C shape neck and feels great. It sports a light ash body and resonates like it should. This particular guitar has one of the more believable relic aging jobs Iā€™ve seen on a Nash. Iā€™ve seen many that were way too over the top and looked cheap unfortunately. (Fender is just as guilty of this) I think overall for the money Nash does a good job for a price point that is within reach of most players. They are in the $2-3k usuallyā€¦I recommend them if youā€™re in the market. RAWK!!!
