All day read alouds at Impossible Moon Bookshop today ❤️

Starting at 12:30 with OFF THE WALL by Caldecott Honorees and best friends Molly Idle & Juana Martinez-Neal we'll be reading aloud for kids and adults throughout the day.

Every hour starting at one we'll read from GREAT AND UNFORTUNATE THINGS by Professor Jason Arday and then at 30 minutes past the hour we'll bring back OFF THE WALL 🫶🏾

Come read and listen with us, see you at the shop 💙🌙

Hi everyone, a beautiful day is dawning for Impossible Moon Bookshop next week 🌅

We are moving to a new space just a few doors down between Latonia | Pilates Practitioner and Wepa at 851A N. Central Avenue. We're still here in Hapeville, we're not moving out of town, and we'd like you to celebrate these next steps with us. So, please join us for an Ice Cream Extravapalooza next week, we'll have cones, sundaes, and popsicles 🍦🍨😋

August is National Black Business Month and we'd love it if folks could take a minute to reshare our GoFundMe (link in bio) as that is one of the best ways to support us with this transition.

We have more space for more books and need shelving, appliances, and other items to help with getting the space ready to welcome everyone in after Labor Day.

We will also probably need help from some handy people, so if you have tools and a little bit of time in the weeks after the 23rd feel free to DM and let us know.

Thank you helping us with our new hopes, dreams, and pathways through life's surprises. Next Sunday will be a positively beautiful day ❤️

The rain was the perfect soundtrack last night with Jordan Ifueko !

Jordan didn't just share THE GENIE GAME with us, she talked to us about story, answered questions, and encouraged some amazing young writers in their journey 💜 Thank you so much!

We have signed copies of all of Jordan's books and a teeny bit of traditional boba and lots of my peach strawberry boba, so come by to grab a book and boba today 🧋 It's soo good! Ask me how many I've had today already... the answer is yes 🤣
