Fitness Friends Fitness Friends wants to be a friend to your fitness with a balance of physical activity and good nutritional practices. We put the "F" in fitness.

Located in Atlanta, GA we focus on individual, partner, and group personal training led by our founder Brian Webb along with an online community of people dedicated to help themselves and each other with their health/fitness goals. Fitness Friends was founded in July 2015 but it truly started much earlier in the heart of our founder after the untimely death of his mom. Though we haven't been aroun

d long, we've already made an impact on the lives of many individuals nationwide giving them the courage and motivation to begin, rekindle, or enhance their fitness program. We pride ourselves in sharing our fitness expertise and Brian's fitness journey with others to spark a lifestyle change resulting in a better quality of life for those who join the movement and fight for fit not only to help themselves but others.
