Clearly the customer has taken a back seat to the shareholder. In a service industry, which is what the banking industry is, if the customer isn't your focus, the customer is the product. YOU are being sold and profited from not because you agreed to it, but because some sociopathic board of directors decided that the product that they sell to you (secure private banking) isn't generating enough cash despite RECORD SETTING PROFITS. OF course the next logical thing for a service industry to do is to violate your trust and every single older persons idea of what a bank should be.

My grandmother on my fathers side was right. It's better off in a mattress. She did too. She had money squirrelled away which was joked about at the time.

Eyes on First Ave is open! As of today, Friday March 20th we are open normal business hours. Sunday - closed, Monday 12 to 5, Tuesday through Friday 10 to 5 and Sat 10 to 4. Doctor Ravitz is currently not doing eye exams until further notice but we are here to take care of all of your other eyecare needs until instructed otherwise. We are available to accommodate any special request. Please let us know if you have any questions.
