Good morning it is 7:30 am, I am already getting blown up with questions from 10pm lastnight, so here is the quick current status of suppressors/NFA transfers.
Yes, the Govt declined to appeal the injunction.
Yes, Silencershop made the first official 4473 transfer to an individual at 12:01 lastnight.
Yes, if you are a member of GOA, NRA, PSA, Silencershop, etc you are protected under the injunction.
No, your previous Suppressors and SBRs are still on a tax stamp, no one has an answer for what will happen there.
No, this does not mean you will be able to walk into any gun store and do a 4473 and walk out with one.. yet!
Yes, we are waiting on confirmation from ATF on dealer process going forward.
No, we will not make a 4473 transfer until ATF confirms it.
Yes, you may go ahead and order or have us order your suppressor, we will continue doing form-4’s until the greenlight is given by ATF.
Yes, If you want, we will hold your suppressor for you until the confirmation from ATF to 4473 it to you.
Everything is moving and changing by the hour folks, I hope I covered most the questions.

Quick update #1 As of 8:42 AM.. Our local ATF IOI does not have any guidance on how to proceed, the local agents are trying to find out as well to be able to advise the dealers. Dealers are to continue transfers on Form-4 as usual until further notice.
