Currently, Merle Maple has over 16,500 taps from which 6,000-9,000 gallons of pure maple syrup are produced each year. We are SO excited to tell you about the wonderful Spring Maple Season we had this year!! We reached 5.9 pounds of syrup/tap - we have only had two years better than this overall, so we're pretty excited. We also had two very successful Maple Weekends and are so thankful for all of you who were able to visit our Farm. Although the syrup production is finished for this year, don't worry that we're going to get bored 😃 We're making maple sugar candy this week, bottling that new pure maple syrup, and making other products. Our Farm Store is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. LOVE to see you 😃🍁
