One of our favorite things each summer is supporting these young entrepreneurs. We love that the Auburn Chamber of Commerce provides them with this opportunity ❤️ Come support all the kids with stands today, they have all worked hard!

We have some young entrepreneurs set up in front of the shop as part of Auburn's Slice of Summer sales🥤🍪 Come by and show them some love, they have worked so hard ❤️ We will have another stand set up tomorrow too!

Good news: we have power!
The storefront will remain closed today, but we have been able to get candy going. And miraculously, even after sitting without power for 12 hours, the candy in the machines was fine 🙌🙌
There is a lot of clean up happening, so I will be trying to balance that and candy prep for the weekend. The damage is unreal, and after 11 hours and lots of help yesterday, we still have a lot to do today. A HUGE thank you to all the volunteers we saw out and about yesterday helping wherever they were needed. Auburn is an amazing little community and we love being a part of it ❤️

Crunchy Bits will also be down until further notice. I know we have Brownville Flea Market coming up this weekend, and we will do our best to have as much candy as we can. But until we have power to get machines up and running, we can't do much. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

🙃Well this wasn’t on our bingo card for this month!
⛈️We are among the Auburn residents without power, but thankfully our shop operations didn’t sustain any damage from the storm! The carport however…. ☠️
💝We will count our blessings and make the best of our unexpected time off…
🙌and we can’t wait to see you all in the coffee shop again real soon!

Just made a delivery to a place that is near and dear to my heart. Growing up, my mom worked for UNL in the building connected to the UNL Dairy Store. So many memories of visiting my mom, and later, taking my kiddos to visit grandma and get ice cream. And now you can find your favorite freeze dried candy there ❤️
