 To all my customers and fellow riders.
Banshee Hill at the Oregon dunes is closed .
A federal judge decided to close it because an organization called The Center for Biological Diversity claims the Forrest service did not do a proper environmental impact study on how UTV ridding affects the Pacific Coast Martin .
This is another excuse for the environmentalist to get ridding areas closed down; simply because they do not like the noise or because they are simply biased against OHVs
The person heading this up is Colette L Atkins she is an extreme environmentalist and hates motorized vehicles and has made it her mission to get the Oregon dunes closed down
This is an excuse for somebody who simply is biased against another group and in other words it is discrimination
As many of you know, there is a lot of area at the Oregon dunes that has already been closed down.
The Pacific Martin is a small mammal type creature that inhabits forested coastal areas.
There is plenty of areas already closed for them to inhabit.
This had already been done.
These people are never satisfied and will keep trying and trying to close more areas.
They don’t believe in co-existing or sharing
They are extremists that want everything thier way
This is BS and needs to be stopped
Enough is enough

(Meaning you)need to wake the f up This is a ridiculous lawsuit and the judge based it on hearsay instead of facts
I thought we were innocent until proven guilty
In this case, federal judge Ann Aiken closed the dunes based on opinion not fact.
Again there is plenty of closed area already for these mammals to habitat.
Bottom line this is another biased group lead by a Karen that hates off-road vehicles and has nothing better to do than get things closed down .

FYI, yes I am an OHV enthusiast, and believe in management not abstinence
Thus is clearly a Karen trying to close our ridding areas because she simply does not like OHVs.
And again remember there are already plenty of closed areas set aside for the coastal animals they don’t need anymore.
