🌞 Heat Wave Alert! Keep Your Plants Happy! 🌿💧

The next few days are expected to bring significant spikes in temperature, so now is the time to give your landscape a little extra attention.

🚨 Watch for these signs that your plants need water:
• Wilting or drooping leaves
• Leaves curling or becoming crispy around the edges
• Yellowing or browning foliage
• Dry soil that pulls away from the edge of the pot or planting hole
• Flowers fading or dropping sooner than normal

💦 Our best watering tips:
✔ Water deeply in the early morning whenever possible.
✔ Avoid frequent, shallow watering—it encourages weak root systems.
✔ Check the soil before watering to make sure moisture is reaching the roots.

🌱 Need a little extra help?
Adding a layer of compost around your plants is one of the best ways to retain moisture during hot weather. Compost acts like a natural sponge, helping the soil hold water longer while also providing valuable nutrients that support healthy root growth and help plants better withstand heat stress.
