It was such a beautiful coincidence that I happened to have some extra dark chocolate filling at the same time that I also had extra milk chocolate shells.

I'm realizing I can't really go wrong mixing and matching the different filling flavors with any of the shells (milk, dark, or white chocolate). This pairing really surprised me though! I knew it wouldn't be bad but I was surprised it tasted so good! This combo truly is a match made in heaven.

I only had a few to sample since these were just "leftovers" but next I time I make these, it will be with purpose so that others can enjoy them too 💝

The purpose of this study was to make sure that all products in the sweets stand meet and exceed customers expectations.
My goal is to always pull products before they lose their peek freshness and flavor.
I've been pulling strawberries within 24 hours and tarts within 72 hours because of the fresh berries but I can confirm that even after three days, this tart is just as good as a first day tart-
✅Berries were still firm and tart/sweet
✅Crust was still buttery and crumbly
✅Truffle filling was still a perfect balance of sweetness and cocoa butter goodness
