Purchased a 3-story brick factory building (E.M. Birdsall) built in 1864 in 2013 that was full of merchandise collected over 40+ years of estate sale buyouts from the previous owner. I was purchasing estate buyouts for many years as well. The building was full. Building is almost paid off... August. Had a great time for the past 8-1/2 years. Do not do too many cleanouts any longer as the building

is still quite full. Now I am trying to empty the building and looking forward to online sales along with the brick and mortar store. This has been one of the best times in my life and it isn't over yet. Currently a long time lister on Ebay, I am putting my items in photo albums on Facebook to be purchased (check them out). I am also thinking about doing some livestream sales (we shall see).
