Title: $15/hour Retail Sales Associate at Metro by T-mobile (authorized dealer)
Location: (404 AUBURN WAY S)
Job Description:
Sales Associate will be supporting customers in a high-paced & energizing work environment. Customer transactions are focused on new mobile service orders, service changes & moves, bill pay & adjustments and solving customer problems.
General Responsibilities/Expectations:
-Drive sales of devices, plans, add-ons, accessory, etc. using the sales process to meet store quota and KPI metrics.
-Communicate with customers about phone features and service plans
-Deliver excellent customer service by quickly understanding customer needs & addressing them efficiently
-Energize store work environment & boost sales opportunities through daily marketing activities (ie: sign spinning, flyering, approved social media posts, events, etc.)
-Stay up-to-date on all promos, business rules, and system changes by completing/attending all required trainings.
-Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities/customers effectively & efficiently
-Perform opening & closing tasks such as cleaning, balancing cash drawer, etc.
-Perform inventory cycle counts and ensure shelves are adequately stocked
-Work well with co-workers & contribute to keeping a positive working environment
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Must be computer & technology savvy
-Spanish/English Bi-lingual is a plus
-Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
-Strong organizational and follow-through skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
-Highly dependable and responsible
-A can-do attitude with a high capacity for problem solving
-Possible performance bonus after 3 month review
Store Operating Hours:
Monday - Friday 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Saturday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
