Introducing the ARC practice target.

A few posts ago. I mentioned the most common reason 4H students where not practicing is they did not have a target at home. And we know targets can be expensive.
So here at ARC we started thinking how to help everyone.

This is our 28” target. Has a wood frame for durability and still lightweight. We wrapped a Vinyl cover to help protect against the outdoors.

Oh I and I also said in our previous post we were going to do what no one else does. Here it is……

If you are needing a great target/3d bow. This was the flagship from Elite. Original factory price was $1800. Selling on eBay at a considerable discount. Could be a great upgrade or bow for the upcoming indoor target season.

Appearance matters, and we want our customers to look good.
Had a bow with some paint flake probably from poor quality issues from manufacture. There was no visible damage I could see that would have caused it.
Did a degreaser clean and prep. Then used a high quality paint to give these a new restored appearance.

At ARC we love solving problems.
especially for our 4H archery students.
DeKalb County 4-H Shooting Sports

When talking to our students about practice at home. Most are not doing it because they don’t have a target to use or targets are too expensive. And good targets are not cheap or easy to move around.
So we are thinking on how to solve this.
We need a target that can be used indoor and outdoor, light to move around, durable, and maybe offer something no one else is willing to do.

Had a bow I had purchased from a dealer and had it shipped to me. I confirmed with pre purchase pictures it was in perfect shape.
Box arrived with no damage and well packed.
My guesses are someone before shipping dryfired bow or somehow the bow derailed all the strings and cable slide came off in packing process.
Either way I had no choice but to reject the delivery as who knows what issues it has now. And we don’t hide issues and risk customer safety.
