🐣To color Easter eggs with olive oil, create a second dye bath with your desired color, then add [THREE SILOS] olive oil to the surface of the dye bath.

🐣Gently roll the already-dyed egg in the oil-covered dye bath to create a marbled or tie-dye effect.

Nourish your body with for pure, balanced, unprocessed goodness.

🌿Your new favorite morning smoothie (you're welcome 💚)
2 cups spinach
¼ cup water
1 banana
1 cup peeled cubed pear or apple
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp Three Silos Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar (option: Three Silos Meyer Lemon Balsamic Vinegar)
¼ cup Three Silos Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Greek Koroneiki is a smoothie favorite)
1 cup ice cubes

Place the spinach and ¼ cup of water into the blender and blend until spinach is fully liquefied, 15-20 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed into the blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. And that’s it!

If using frozen, fruit, only use ½ cup ice and add ½ cup of water to help everything blend evenly.
