TriFit Aurora began five years ago as a small gym with a simple mission: to help people become stronger in body, mind, and soul. Since then, it has grown into a thriving fitness community that continues to inspire and support people of all ages and fitness levels.
Today, TriFit Aurora offers 24 group fitness classes each week, 24/7 gym access, personal training, red light therapy, a free weight room, and nutrition coaching. With individual, student, and family membership options available, they make it easy for everyone to find a path toward a healthier lifestyle.
One of TriFit Auroraโs greatest strengths is its incredible team of highly trained instructors. Their passion, encouragement, and commitment to helping every member succeed have created more than just a gymโtheyโve built a welcoming community where people are challenged, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.
