GGirls Closet is a unique hybrid boutique based in Aurora, Colorado, with a powerful social mission. We partner with Title I schools, nonprofits, and small businesses by offering consignment accounts that turn resale into a funding opportunity. Through local clothing drives, they recycle only community-donated clothing, selling it through their extensive inventory both online and in-store. There is a return 40% of the proceeds to their partners:

• Schools receive checks to support student councils and school events.

• Nonprofits gain funding for classes and essential programs.

• Small businesses host events in the retail space and receive a portion of the sales to support their missions. This innovative model has made GGirls Closet a staple in the community and a standout example of a for-profit business with a strong commitment to social impact. The organization collaborates with Aurora Public Schools (APS) to offer educational programs for “super seniors,” teaching sustainable shopping habits and the importance of reducing overconsumption. We’re still flushing the community with great deals, and yes — our Fill‑A‑Bag specials are still available! Just reach out to schedule a private shopping appointment, and we’ll open around your availability. You can come dig, fill your bags, and find those hidden gems you love.

We also host live auction‑style shows featuring items across eBay and Poshmark. Our next shows are September 23rd and September 28th. Event links will be posted on our website, and live links will also be available through Eventbrite so you can join the fun and shop in real time.

We’re teaching students the ins and outs of Garage Selling — everything from sorting and pricing items to staging a welcoming shopping environment. Today, the students are hosting their very own rummage sale, where the community can come shop their curated selections. All proceeds from the sale go directly back to New Legacy Charter School, supporting their programs and future projects.

We’re also educating the next generation on how to earn income through e‑commerce, local selling platforms, and creative side gigs that help recycle and repurpose items we no longer use. These hands‑on lessons give students real‑world skills they can carry into adulthood, entrepreneurship, and community leadership.

It’s officially a wrap! Today we close public shopping as we transition into our private shopping hub and e‑commerce live selling from Back Suit 114. The GGirls Team will remain on site through 2027, and then we’ll reopen in a new location designed to support everything we do under one roof. ✨

To our regulars, our youth who are with us through November, and everyone who has poured into us these past four beautiful years — thank you. Your support has shaped this chapter, and your love continues to fuel the next.
Donations are still being accepted, and clothing pick‑ups can be booked online.

Our live selling will continue on eBay, Poshmark, and Vinted, keeping your favorite GGirls gems accessible wherever you are. 🏬

Closing public hours on September 12, 2026. We will continue operating privately in Suite 114 through January 2027. A new location will open after the New Year.

We will be a private re‑seller boutique offering men’s and women’s clothing, youth/adult workshops, a members‑only bulk “Dig Pit,” and a donation hub for Title I schools and nonprofits.
