What in the World is NET?
Mantra Chiropractic Now Offers Neuro Emotional Technique with Dr. Eydi Bauer

In addition to traditional chiropractic methods, Dr Eydi Bauer uses NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) which is a stress reduction and mind-body technique to clear emotional blockages in the body. It's built on the idea that unresolved emotional experiences can get stuck in the body and contribute to tension, chronic pain and imbalances.

Dr. Eydi uses muscle testing to check organ and meridian points and see if you are strong or weak. If the muscle goes weak it is a sign that the emotion is still active in your nervous system. Through a combination of muscle testing and guided questions we narrow it down to where the emotion got locked into an emotional pattern. The emotion is then released while you recall the memory and the practitioner taps on points in your back with a certain breathing pattern to reset it, so it no longer triggers the same physical or emotional reaction.

Dr. Eydi Bauer has been helping people feel their best for more than 30 years. A graduate of Life Chiropractic College West in California in 1995, she brings a gentle, whole-person approach to wellness. Her care is rooted in Applied Kinesiology, a method of muscle testing used to assess how the body is functioning and test for misalignments. She pairs this with gentle, effective chiropractic adjustments using precision instrumentation, offering a comfortable experience for patients of all ages. 

Dr. Bauer incorporates Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), a powerful method using muscle testing and acupressure points to help clear emotional patterns that hold the body back from true healing.

Meet our newest addition to the Mantra Wellness Team, Jason Bradley!

Jason is a Licensed Massage Therapist with six years of experience helping clients live pain-free, limber lives. Originally from Louisiana, he's called Austin home for the past ten years. Jason brings a warm, bubbly presence to every session — clients often tell him they feel safe and at ease almost instantly.

His practice draws on a wide range of modalities, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, cupping, sports massage, gua sha, orthopedic massage, and Swedish massage. This gives him the flexibility to tailor each session to what a client actually needs, whether that’s easing chronic tension, supporting recovery, or just providing a moment of relaxation.

What Jason loves most is the therapeutic side of this work — genuinely helping people move and feel better. That passion, along with a natural gift for making people comfortable, is what he brings to every appointment.
