There’s a difference between doing a ritual and actually being present for one. 🕯️

A ritual can look beautiful - candles, crystals, all the things - but the aesthetic isn’t what makes it useful.

What matters is the moment you create with it.

Specificity. Know what you’re choosing or calling in. Keep it simple.

Return. Come back to it. The candle, crystal, or practice becomes a reminder of the intention you chose.

Presence. Give yourself even 60 seconds to actually be there with it.

It doesn’t need to be elaborate. It needs to mean something to you.

The candle isn’t the ritual.

You are.

And my answer is always the same: the crystal matters less than the intention you bring to it. 🕯️

Here’s why.

A crystal is a tool - something you can use as a physical reminder of what you’re choosing to focus on. Citrine is traditionally associated with abundance, Amethyst with calm, Rose Quartz with love.

But the meaning comes from what you do with it.

The intention. The focus. The willingness to return to it again and again and say: this is what I’m calling in.
