Post-Delivery Setup

The owner of this bike wanted a proper setup after pickup at a local bike store. We found: not indexed, seat height not set, seat setback not set, tires inflated incorrectly, front derailleur offset wrong, bars at incorrect angle, dirty wheels, rubber markings on carbon, tarnished emblems, frisbee still attached, motor firmware not up to date. We are here to do it right, especially if you have purchased a bike online and want it built with a solid initial setup. After some initial riding, we like to get your feedback and then do a foundation fit and discuss necessary component changes (e.g. this bike has cranks that are too long for the rider).
